Thank you very much for choosing The Bellavista Hotel!  We would like to inform you of the following guidelines prior to check-in:

• Full payment for the entire duration of your stay will be collected.

• A Guarantee Deposit will also be collected upon check-in: at Php 500.00 per night.

• Buffet breakfast is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 am only.

• Standard check-in time is 2:00 pm. However, if your room is available upon arrival, we allow check-in as early as 7:00 am without  extra charges. Corresponding charges apply to check-ins earlier then 7:00 am. Check-out time is 12: noon. Half of the room rate will  be collected for late check-out until 6:00 pm. Full rate will be collected for beyond 6:00 pm check-out.

• Only registered guests are allowed to use the swimming pool for free.

• Keyscards must be surrendered upon check-out. Lost keycards will be charged accordingly.

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse undesirable quests.
