Thank you very much for choosing The Bellavista Hotel!  We would like to inform you of the following guidelines prior to check-in:

​

• Full payment for the entire duration of your stay will be collected.

• An incidental deposit of Php 500.00 per night will be collected upon check-in. This deposit is 
  refundable upon check-out, provided that no additional charges are incurred during the stay.

• Plated breakfast is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 am only.

• Early check-in requests are not guaranteed and are subject to room availability on the date of arrival.
  Should you wish to secure the room prior to the standard check-in time, a full night's room 
  charge will apply. If your room is available upon arrival, we allow early check in as 
  early as 7:00 am with additional charged of Php 1,500.

• Only registered guest are allowed to use the swimming pool for free.

• The hotel cannot be held responsible for lost valuables. Please use the safety deposit box inside your room.

• Please return the keycard upon check-out.

• Usage of the room for wedding / event preparations is not allowed unless the said event is held 
  at The Bellavista Hotel’s function room.

• No corporate meetings / interviews of any kind are allowed in our common areas.

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse undesirable guests.

• All guest rooms and other areas of the hotel are STRICTLY NON SMOKING. Guests who wish to smoke may 
  use the designated smoking area located in the parking area. A cleaning fee of  Php 5,000 will be 
  charged to any guest found smoking inside the room or violating the non-smoking policy.

• The complimentary 2 bottled water is upon check in only. Request for an additional, will be charged accordingly.

• Any linens that found to have permanent stains (such as, but not limited to, ink, makeup,
  hair dye, food, or bloodstain) that cannot be removed through standard cleaning 
  procedures, a corresponding replacement fee will be charged.
